• Name, email address, and any information you provide in enquiry forms
• Booking details and correspondence
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via analytics)

Why we collect it

• To respond to enquiries and process bookings
• To provide and improve our services
• To send updates you have requested (newsletter, Kestrel waitlist)
• To comply with legal obligations

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process data under: (a) contractual necessity — for bookings and enquiries; (b) legitimate interests — for improving our services; (c) consent — for marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Netlify (form processing and hosting, US, under Standard Contractual Clauses); Lodgify (booking management); and where legally required.

Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years. Booking records are retained for 10 years as required by Swiss law. You may request deletion at any time for data held under consent.
