We don't offer generic wellness packages. ActiveFusion is home to two distinct, expert-led disciplines — mountain yoga rooted in movement and mindfulness, and human performance optimisation grounded in physiology, recovery science, and individual assessment.

The Alpine setting is not incidental — altitude, clean air, natural light, and physical disconnection from ordinary life are themselves therapeutic. We use the environment deliberately.

Sarah is a certified yoga teacher based in Le Châble, offering private and small-group sessions that integrate the Alpine environment — whether that's a sunrise practice on the Aigle terrace, a mountain session above the 4 Vallées, or an evening restore after a day on the slopes.

Teaching in English, French, and Dutch, Sarah works with all levels — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners seeking something more intentional than a studio class.
